We are currently looking on finding a new contractor to work on our Trade department . Could you please help us find a resource to work 8 hours/day, starting as soon as possible with the following description, as the trade team urgently needs support ?
• Perform customer account end user designation and risk review.
• Perform denied/restricted party screenings and approve vendor/contractor requests.
• Perform red flag analysis and license determinations for export transactions and to release such transaction in Salesforce and Amber Road.
• Prepare reports and other related information are collated to support mandatory government reporting.
• Review export classifications of product, services, technology, and export/import classifications of goods.
• Assist with the maintenance and administration of trade compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and administer Project Technology Control Plan (PTCP) for non-commercial/restricted access projects and related processes.
• Obtain document classification designation for third party parts, equipment, and technology when required and help to maintain these records.
• Help with the day to day administration of recordkeeping following documented procedural requirements.
• Basic Knowledge of export/import controls (EAR, ITAR, and US/WTO Customs regulations)
• Other tasks as assigned.

Our Client, an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company with 100 years of history, is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to support our northern California offices (Sacramento and Concord). Qualified candidates must have a GE Registration in California, master’s degree or PhD in civil/ geotechnical engineering, history of increasing levels of responsibility, and a minimum of six years’ experience in geotechnical engineering. This a practice-builder-level position and the successful candidate will be expected to develop and grow the geotechnical engineering practice in our northern California offices.
Qualified candidates will perform the following duties:
• Oversee, manage and direct geotechnical engineering evaluations for projects with varying range of complexity;
• Provide senior review and oversight of geotechnical engineering practices at Twining, Inc.;
• Prepare subsurface investigation proposals and assist in the marketing and acquisition of subsurface investigations for Twining, Inc.;
• Assist in the technical development of engineering staff;
• Assist marketing in business development, including attending short-list interviews as geotechnical expert, reviewing and evaluating RFPs/RFQs to help develop proposals and statement of qualifications.
