Our Client, an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company with 100 years of history, is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to support our northern California offices (Sacramento and Concord). Qualified candidates must have a GE Registration in California, master’s degree or PhD in civil/ geotechnical engineering, history of increasing levels of responsibility, and a minimum of six years’ experience in geotechnical engineering. This a practice-builder-level position and the successful candidate will be expected to develop and grow the geotechnical engineering practice in our northern California offices.
Qualified candidates will perform the following duties:
• Oversee, manage and direct geotechnical engineering evaluations for projects with varying range of complexity;
• Provide senior review and oversight of geotechnical engineering practices at Twining, Inc.;
• Prepare subsurface investigation proposals and assist in the marketing and acquisition of subsurface investigations for Twining, Inc.;
• Assist in the technical development of engineering staff;

Job Description Kratos Space & Missile Defense Systems is looking to hire an Information Systems Security Manager supporting our innovative engineering business unit launching rockets all over the world for national security customers. The successful candidate will have the full support of existing security team members, including Assistant FSO's and ISSM's, at nearby business units and across the Kratos Defense & Security Corporation. The ISSM is responsible for protecting Kratos Information Systems and data against threats, security breaches, computer viruses and cyber-attacks. Qualified candidate will be responsible for Information Assurance (IA) system hardening of Windows based systems to meet government DoD and other compliance requirements. The candidate will ensure implementation of IA and IA-enabled software, hardware, and firmware in accordance with appropriate security configuration guidelines. BitGo has a logging feature that allows customers and BitGo Support to inspect a full log of events on a User Account, Wallet or Enterprise. This feature is currently hard to use and especially BitGo Support has trouble accessing the important bits of information they need to help our customers.

The Clinical Training and Auditing Coordinator’s primary responsibilities includes data collection and data entry to support provider audits and training. They must ensure data entry into department systems is current, complete, and accurate. They will facilitate communications and the exchange of information with provider offices, and our collaboratives, as appropriate. Coordinators assist in the collection and processing of clinical review documentation, make outbound calls to providers and conduct follow-up and tracking of audit documentation. Job Description Summary
GoDaddy is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate Manager to drive delivery of successful vendor and contractor management within the Brand, Creative & Research division.
This includes but is not limited to managing vendor onboardings, coordinating Procurement and Legal contract reviews/approvals, consolidating monthly invoices and budget forecasting, and providing support to the Operations Manager to scale up “Team Ops” department influence and key partnerships. A successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment, proactive, organized, and adaptable.
Reporting to the Team Ops Operations Manager, this candidate will serve as the day-to-day central point of contact with key internal and external partners, and GoDaddy customers to ensure process compliance.
This role will begin as a six-month engagement with the opportunity to extend, pending performance review and department program development.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive day-to-day Vendor management deliverables. Effectively lead discussions with business partners to onboard vendors, talent and GoDaddy customers with appropriate paperwork. Work closely with GoDaddy’s Legal and Procurement to process contracts (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and Independent Contractor Agreements) and meet key deadlines.
The majority of Brand contracts are production based third-party vendors. This requires the role to 1) assist GoDaddy Producers to secure compliance paperwork items such as COIs (Certificate of Insurance) by partnering with the GoDaddy Treasury team for review and approvals; 2) ensure Business Affairs’ usage right approvals and 3) submit a risk review for TPRM team (Third Party Risk Management).
Provide operational contract and onboard support to Customer Talent team.
Secure PO/SCONs and invoices for vendors/talent working closely with Procurement, Vendor Invoice and Accounting teams. Ensure payment approvals and managing any expedited payments as needed.
Document evolved specialty payment steps, as needed.
Maintain and update the Master Vendor tracking sheet.
Document Team Ops’ process and procedure updates and issue meeting recaps.
Co-lead Team Ops trainings.
Support the Ops Manager with monthly budget deliverables, including consolidation of all vendor invoices, accrual requests and market spend re-forecasting.
Communicate and reinforce GoDaddy expense report, production credit card (P-cards) and T&E card policies with key stakeholders.
Conduct general research for corporate assets or tools, as requested.
