Calabria Group is looking to fill 16 (you read that correctly, 16!) job opportunities as a Home Operations Coordinator in Gilbert, California! This role involves tasks such as scheduling and monitoring maintenance on the company’s properties and following up with vendors on work orders and inspections.
Responsibilities the hiring managers are looking for in a candidate are:
✨Managing a task queue & following specific processes.
✨Discovering information/requested data and communicating with multiple areas of the business including operation leads, field-based team members and vendors.
✨Must be able to input data entry in a high-volume environment.

‘Great Resignation’ Discussion Raises Important Questions for Employers and Workers
The “great resignation” discussion continues to bring attention to a labor market in flux and changing expectations among workers and employers, according to new research from CompTIA, the nonprofit association for the information technology (IT) industry and workforce. CompTIA’s latest “Job Seeker Trends” find that approximately 30% of survey respondents reported pursuing a new job or career change in the past three months (Q4 2021). That’s a slight uptick from the CompTIA’s previous survey of job seekers conducted six months ago.
Employers Pinpoint Workforce Mental Health as One of HR’s Top Priorities for 2022
Employee mental health has taken center stage as one of the top HR priorities facing employers with nearly all companies identifying stress and burnout as a threat for their workforces, according to a survey by WTW (Willis Towers Watson, NASDAQ: WTW), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company. Nearly all (86%) of employers said that mental health, stress and burnout are a top priority; however, half (49%) have not yet formally articulated a wellbeing strategy for their workforce and only a quarter have already articulated and adopted a wellbeing strategy.
IT Staffing Growth Drivers Firmly in Place in 2022 and Beyond
As the world enters the new year, the outlook for IT staffing continues to shine brightly. There are various factors for IT staffing’s rosy outlook, but an intensifying war for talent and increased investments in new technologies will most likely play a large role in driving IT staffing growth. After the pandemic increased businesses’ reliance on technology in 2020, IT spending growth accelerated in 2021. With continued growth in IT spend, IT employment has grown significantly as well.
