As we enter the second half of 2021, many job-seeking individuals are cleaning up their resumes as they venture forward with job transitions. According to Amanda Augustine, a professional career coach and resume writer, “studies show that, on average, a recruiter scans each resume for only six seconds before deciding if it belongs in the trash” (Augustine, 2020).

It is more important than ever to capture recruiters’ and hiring managers’ attention with such little time to impress. Calabria Group’s team of recruiters have compiled a list of 5 things to include on your resume to stand out and get hired!

The increase in Covid-19 cases is prompting some firms to rethink plans to reopen their offices. Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) reported that while many announced plans to reopen their offices after Labor Day, 54% of professionals say their companies have changed their plans.

It also found that 22% of respondents said it won’t be until 2022 when they will go back to the office. And 32% said they will “never” return to the office.

The Global Payroll Analyst role is responsible for the support and execution of Payroll processing for global payroll counties along with driving process improvements, automation, and reporting/controls, and audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, prepare file submissions, and reconcile data using automated systems to produce accurate and timely payrolls with the outsourced payroll vendor and internal Workday system for UK and US Payroll
  • Reconcile data for financial, tax, and compliance reporting
  • Develop and maintains end-to-end workflows and process documentation

Market Operations Technologist

Scottsdale, Arizona

A primary function of this role is to leverage automation platforms and infrastructure to build communication campaigns that enable us to reach our customers. This role transforms marketing requirements into a batch or event-based automation across a variety of communications channels. You will work closely with internal marketing groups and other technology teams to help create processes, develop execution plans, organize campaigns utilizing our automation platform and databases, and optimize multi-channel plans. You will also play a key role within the team to help establish, document and evangelize best practices and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations related to cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Translate marketing plans into production-ready delivery modules within our platforms.
  • Identify and size campaign target audiences to inform prioritization.
