Carl Cox Named Chief Executive Officer of Calabria Group

ROSEVILLE, Calif. April 1, 2022 — Calabria Group, Inc, a leading provider of Engineering, Information Technology, and Technical Services, announced today that Carl Cox has been named as Chief Executive Officer of all operations.  Mike Reale, who has previously held this role, will continue with the company as Founder and VP of New Market Development.  

Cox is a retired U.S. Airforce with a decorated career as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. Cox has more than 20 years of senior management experience in the services industry, including the last 10 years with Calabria Group as the Chief Operating Officer.

“Carl is the right leader for Calabria Group,” said outgoing CEO and Chairman of the Board Mike Reale. “Carl’s extensive background as a delivery leader and senior manager in the services industry will provide the background and experience he will need to generate results and lead Calabria Group into the future.

As COO of Calabria Group, Carl has provided his leadership to see annual revenues more than double in the past 2 years. Previously to Calabria Group, Carl was with Adecco for over 8 years in various management positions where he led his team to year over year revenue growth.    

Cox received a BS degree in Workforce Education and Development graduating Summa Cum Laude from Southern Illinois University.
