Employee of the Quarter: Cristy Cole

As we round out the first month of 2017, we want to take a moment to highlight our employee of the quarter, Cristy Cole! Supervisor Carl Cox praises, “Cristy Cole was an obvious choice to be named Dynamic Staffing’s Employee of the quarter for the 4th quarter of 2016. Cristy filled four open requisitions during the always challenging 4th quarter while at the same time providing training to two new recruiters.
In addition, Cristy is always willing to take on additional responsibilities, provide leadership and mentorship for her peers and assist with account management.
